The Pennsylvania rifle was developed on the frontiers of America during the latter part of the 18th and early days of the 19th century. Based on principles brought from Europe primarily by German immigrants, these graceful rifles came to symbolize the independence and courage of the men and women who use them. American walnut fullstock with satin oil finish. 56” length, 3 ¾” drop and 13 ½” trigger pull. Barrel is .50 caliber, browned 41 ½”, octagon with a 1 in 56” twist. Front sight is 3/8” dovetail, steel base w/silver blade. Rear sight is 3/8” dovetail, steel, curl top Pennsylvania style.
