This reproduction features American walnut buttstock and forearm with satin finish, 3" drop and 13 7/8" trigger pull. The 54 caliber blued barrel is 22" long, tapered round 1.250" at breech to .830" at muzzle, cut rifling .010" deep, 1-48" twist, 7 lands measure .520" and 7 grooves measure .540". Front sight is steel stud base and silver blade, rear sight is steel flip-up with elevator to 800 yards. Steel furniture, color casehardened. Single trigger, single barrel band, saddle bar with ring. Percussion with 5/16x24 nipple uses musket caps. Load with 50 grains FFFg black powder and .544 conical bullet. Overall length is 39 1/4" and total weight is 8 lbs. N/SSA approved.
