I picked one of these kits up from a local shop a number of years ago and the pistol is still shooting and I have never regretted my choice.
This gun is not HC/PC but if that is not a hang up of yours then I couldn't suggest a better BP revolver for the average shooter. It feels great in my hand and puts the bullets in the target just fine.
Be aware that the brass frame should not be shot with loads that exceed 27 grains of FFFg Black powder or equivalent BP substitute as hot loads can eventually stretch the frame. But if you keep the loads under this load limit it should provide years of shooting fun.
