From: David Merrell

This is a very well made rifle. The wood to metal fit is perfect. The rifle barrel is 34 and 1/18 rifled I shoot this gun at 600yards at a NRA Blackpowder Cartridge Match and it will hold its on with the best guns out there. It will shoot bullets from 405 to 550 gains I use .459 bullets in mine they work the best for me and 500 gn. Postil with 110gns. of 2F powder and a .060 wad between the bullet and the powder and a mag. Primer and hold on and enjoy!!! A really Bigbore
