Have to wonder about the two idiots earlier reviews
This is a great part for the .36 cal 1851 & 1861 Navy revolvers. Have to wonder about the two idiot reviewers who ordered cylinders for 1851/1861 Navys and expected .44 cal cylinders. I would ignore their bad reviews since they don't seem to know what they own or wanted.

dgw did not specify if this cylinder was .44 caliber. i ASSUMED that it would be because the only other listing was .36 caliber. i figured because they sell the complete .44 colt navy revolver that they would have the cylinder for it as well but they do not seem to have it in there catolog.

It's a nice cylinder and came preoiled except that I ordered it thinking it was for a 44 caliber yet I was sent a cylinder for a 36 caliber. Dixie needs to clarify.
