Stamped with the British royal crown. London gunmaker Henry Nock provided muskets and carbines to the British government in the 1700s with flashguards of this basic type. Held in place by the head of frizzen screw against the flashpan bridle; easily installed. Fits both original and reproduction Charleville and Brow Bess muskets, and Northwest Trade guns. Brass only.

Looks great on my India-Pattern Brown Bess. Fits Great. It takes a little muscle to get the frizzen and screw in but it's worth it.
