For some reason mine adjusted to the second dimple pitches about 20 grains of swiss 3f and that's OK. It's a solid little chunck of brass and looks good in the pictures. Pictures were my reason for ordering it but it is nice to find it useful too. One warning from past experience. Loosen the micro-screw on the spout only enough to move the thing. If you take it out it's just about impossible to get it back in. Completely impossible when it disappears into the carpet forever.

Nice little flask. Made of heavy brass and works well. I bought this for use with the Paterson's I purchased but will be a nice little flask to use with my pocket revolvers and pistols as well. Fine product. M.D\"Doc\""Ingalls"

Of heavy brass this well-made single spout Paterson flask throws a charge of precisely 15 gr. and for the price is well-recommended.

I don't know what the other reviewers saw of this but in my opinion this is not a well made piece. Both end caps do not sit tightly and the bottom does not lock positively (not a screw on cap like the instructions mention). I can see this thing opening and spilling powder everywhere. Definitely a piece I am returning.
