MP1725 Hand and Spring for Remington Revolver, Spiller & Burr, and Whitney

A hand isn't a drop in part and will always need hand fitting. Just hold your original up to the new one and trace it to get an idea of where it needs to be. File away and you'll get it. A few minutes with mine and I was back in business.

Due to varying manufacturing tolerances it's expected this would be left over sized. Only took a minute with the Dremel and two fittings to return my Pietta Remington to a thing of beauty.

My spring broke almost 17 years ago. Every time I went to shoot it I had to point the gun downward to get the hand out to revolve the cylinder. Sure it took a little filing but it was worth it!

I received this part to replace the OEM hand and spring which I had of course in a heavy handed fashion snapped off the spring. I expected to spend some time with a file fitting it but after comparing it to the original and it seemed identical in size I dropped it in and the revolver is working with no further effort. Timing is perfect. Worked out great for me and my Pietta replica is back in action.

Great for using in original revolvers when You have used pieatta shooter cyl as replacement cyl for the original need a litle longer hand on the shooters cyl to get the timing perfectused this on several original revolvers where i have changed to pietta shooter replacement cyl Fits almost perfect. Highly recomended.
