TE1220 Huron Tomahawk

Cold rolled steel with plow share steel forged and wedged into the eye stock. The oval eye is tapered with a 1 degree drift considered a must for throwing hawks since the handle can be replaced or tightened with little effort. The traditional tomahawk was especially recreated for match throwing with a strong 19” handle of extra select straight grain white hickory. The “plow share” is tough 10-80 steel that will withstand hard throws, yet has enough temper to hold an edge. The heads are maintained around 48 Rockwell hardness which can be filed instead of stoning to sharpen.. Guaranteed against breakage during normal throwing. If breakage does occur return the head; we will ship a new one at no charge. Same os the Shawnee except the handle is decorated with 18 solid brass tacks.
