TS6901 Mainspring (repro.) for 2nd & 3rd Model Brown Bess Musket & Italian Made Repro.

This fits perfectly in my Pedersoli Brown Bess marked Grice 1762 on the lock. I bought the musket second hand so don't know its age but the original mainspring broke into two pieces after I used it in one battle a year for several years. I also purchased the Lafayette Mainspring Vise to install the mainspring. Time will tell whether the new spring is properly tempered but it is in an exact fit for the musket. Dixie got it to me two days after I ordered it.
