18207 WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 LEVER ACTION CARBINE

Caliber is .30 WCF. The tapered round barrel is 20" long with a 3/4 length tubular magazine below the barrel. The front sight is a blade mounted in a stud and the rear sight is a ladder style. The barrel has about 95% of the original blue finish with the same amount remaining on the exposed portion of the magazine. Single barrel band is present attaching the forend to the barrel. The frame is mostly gray but with about 30% of an old black paint finish remaining on the frame. Serial number is 826159, made in 1918. Action works perfectly. The walnut buttstock and forend are in very good condition. The buttstock appears to have been revarnished but does not show much wear. The buttstock is mounted with a smooth steel shotgun style buttplate. Overall condition is very good plus. Modern long gun rules apply.
