15563 COLT NEW LINE REVOLVER

.22 rimfire caliber. Seven-shot fluted cylinder and 2 1/4" round barrel with flat sides. The left flat is excellently etched in a panel "COLT NEW .22." Barrel is also excellently marked with address on top. Barrel retains about 60% of the bright nickel finish remaining with about 90% remaining on the frame. Finish on the cylinder has flaked considerably with only about 20% remaining. Good dull original blue finish remains on the hammer. Action works well although cylinder does not lock into index position. Two piece rosewood grips are excellent. Serial number 53813. Overall condition is almost excellent.
