My buddy and I each bought one of these several years ago excellent quality beautiful guns but most of all they're GREAT shooters. We use 60 gns. of FFg and cast our own Lee \"original style\"" Minie's lubed in base with Crisco or Bore Butter. Can shoot 'em all day without needing to clean. Very accurate & thankfully sighted dead-on at 50 - 100 yds. We ordered the correct style slings too they really look nice. I stripped my stock down and refinished with linseed oil makes it look more authentic in my opinion. "

Attractive as well as durable. Sturdy action easy to load and reload due to short length. Good accuracy however mine shoots left inch and a half groups at 50 yds though. A real good shooter.

This musketoon was very accurate at the range this past summer and I have not had a problem with it. I recommend this musketoon.

I got one of these two weeks ago. Using the standard minie balls and 60 grains of FFG (Triple 7) this little gun put 4 rounds dead center all touching and one 1/2 away from the group. I've shot modern guns that didn't do as well.
