I really enjoy my new revolver. It handles extremely welland when I first started shooting itI was limited to Pyrodex RS.I called the Hodgdon Corp.and they stated \"it be alright to use this powder.I am currently using Goex fffg @ 23gr's.and shooting .375 balls with no problems.I think the .36 cal is a fine revolver.I also own a .44 cal 1851 Navybut like the one I got here at Dixie better. Thanks Dixie also for your timely shippingseven with Best way.I received my order both times in 2 days with the ground freight."

Why is this single revolver listed at $275 but the same revolver with holster belt etc. is $250? Both are the RH0100 model revolver.........Dixie get your pricing right and please stop listing guns that haven't been in stock for a decade..people don't want to sift through 20 out of stock items to maybe find one that they want......come on now Navy Arms has been defunct for quite some time but you still list \"Navy Arms 1858 Remington\"". My Grandfather bought this gun for me for my birthday. It shoots very well! There is hardly any kick to it! The only thing different on mine is that my gun has a STEEL frame and not a BRASS frame. I have found out that brass frames come loose time to time and if you were to buy this gun don't hesitate to buy a steel frame in Dixie's \"Parts - Repro. Handguns\"" section. It is an amazing gun! 5 stars!!!!!"

This is absolutely the best shooting revolver I've ever owned. Yes brass frames can stretch but unless you overload on the powder you should get years of enjoyment out of yours.
