16946 ASTRA MODEL 1921 SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL

Caliber is 9mm Largo. Two piece checkered hard rubber grips show very light wear. The right grip is cracked from the top above the top screw down through the Astra trademark which is present on either side of the grips. The frame has about 50% original soft blue finish. Serial number 12769 and the right side of the frame is marked "SPAIN" just behind the grip. Serial number matches on the slide which has about 75% original blue finish. The slide behind the front sight is marked with a crowned crest along with the Astra trademark in a sunburst. The top of the slide is marked "ESPERANZA Y UNCETA/GUERNICA ESPANA" and "PISTOLA DE 9mm/MODELO 1921." Original magazine is included with the pistol. Also included is a military style leather flap holster which fits perfectly. A magazine pouch is incorporated into the body of the holster but no spare magazine is included. Overall condition of the gun is excellent.
