18404 SMITH & WESSON .38 HAND EJECTOR REVOLVER

.38 Smith & Wesson caliber. 5" tapered round barrel with tall blade front sight. Canadian crossed pennants are present on the left side of the frame in front of the cylinder. The gun is blued with about 75% original blue overall. Barrel is well marked with the Smith & Wesson address and patent dates on top and "SMITH & WESSON" on the left side in large letters and "38 S.&.W. CTG." on the right side. Quite a few dents and scratches are present especially on the barrel with fewer on the frame and cylinder. Smith & Wesson monogram is stamped on the sideplate on the right side along with "VAMDist Co LLC/WOOSTER, OH." Action works perfectly. Dull color casehardening remains on the hammer and the trigger. The hammer spur appears to have been repaired. It appears that the spur was broken and rewelded in place. Two piece checkered walnut grips with Smith & Wesson medallions are in excellent condition. Serial number is 770284. Lanyard ring is located on the butt. Overall condition of the gun is very good plus.
