This large butcher knife has a blade of 1095 hi-carbon spring steel, is 7 1/4” in length and 1 ¾” in depth (may vary slightly). Zone tempered. Handle is 4 7/8” long made from oil finished curly maple. Hand made by Montana Americana and stamped with the “Three Peak” touchmark. Genuine leather sheath.
