Brass – measures from 120 gauge to 4 gauge and is calibrated and so marked on the gauge “Gun Barrel Proof act, 1868.” The other side of the gauge shows the calibration in inches. All letters and numbers are in Old English hand engraved script and are very beautiful, especially it being made of solid brass. Highest quality.
