BE0270 Bayonet for U.S. Model 1816 Percussion Conversion Musket

A faithful recreation of the original, made especially for the #PR0257 Dixie M1816 Percussion Conversion Springfield musket,FR1045 1766 Charleville, FR0930 1777 Charleville and FR3210 1795 Springfield. The 16" triangular blade face is marked "U.S." and is lightly hollow ground. The back of the blade is double ground in the typical Springfield Armory manner. Inside diameter of the socket is .861". Overall length is 20 1/4". Finished in "National Armory Bright" and finely polished.
