PW2787 Pewter Chatelaine (Facing Birds)

A beautiful accessory piece for “My Lade.” The oval plate with belt clip on the back is intricately done with a scroll design and features facing birds. The plate is 3 ½” long by 1 ½” wide. Four chains with hooks hang from this plate. The 18th century housewife clipped this accessory to her apron top and items such as keys, scissors, watch, thimbles, etc. hung from the chains.
