RA0800 3-Piece Rosewood Shotgun Cleaning Rod

High quality cased English shotguns, both muzzleloading and breechloading, almost always included a fine rosewood cleaning rod. This 33 ½” 3-piece, 12 gauge rod screws together in heavy duty brass ferrules to insure the pieces thread solidly to prevent play in the sectioned rod. The rod itself is turned from nicely grained, durable rosewood and measures ½” in diameter. The swelled handle has been grooved for better grip and the attachment end tip is threaded to accept any of three cleaning tools – a brass brush, a cotton mop, and a jag slotted and knurled for a wiping cloth (all included).
