The family business was located in Hellertown, Pennsylvania and included Peter’s sons Edwin and William until the business closed. Fullstock, birds head type grips. American maple with satin finish. Barrel is .45 caliber, blued, 10 ¼” , octagon with 13/16” flats. 1 in 18” twist. Front sight is 3/8” dovetail, blued steel base and blade. Rear sight is a 3/8” dovetail, blued steel, open, flat top style. Single shot flintlock. Brass furniture includes buttcap. Color casehardened lock. Single trigger. 15” overall and weighs 2 ½ lbs.
