One piece European walnut grips with steel frame. Barrel is a .44 caliber, 8" tapered round - .710" at breech to .670" at muzzle. Button rifled .006" deep. 1 in 30" twist. 7 lands - .440 and 7 grooves - .452. Front sight is a brass blade and rear sight is a V notch in hammer nose. Six shot with a .447 chamber diameter. Features a steel backstrap, brass triggerguard, color casehardened loading lever and hammer. Cylinder engraved w/naval scene. Cut for shoulder stock. Overall length is 13 3/4" and weighs 2 3/4 lbs. Recommended load is 22 grains of 3F black powder, .451 round ball with a .44 revolver wad. Manufactured by Pietta/Italy.
