18603 COLT US MODEL 1902 DOUBLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER

Also known as the Alaskan Model. Caliber is .45 Colt. 6” round barrel with ejector housing attached on the right side of the barrel. Barrel is well marked with one line block lettered Colt address and with the caliber “45 COLT.” stamped on the left side. Barrel is mostly smooth and gray but with about 25% blue finish remaining in protected areas. The frame has about 50% thin blue finish with sharp edges and corners. It is marked “R.A.C.” on the left side of the grip and “J.T.T.” on the right side. Action works perfectly. The frame is also marked “U.S.” on the right side below the cylinder. Good fire blue finish remains on the trigger with slightly less remaining on the rear surfaces of the hammer. Two piece checkered hard rubber grips are in fine condition. Slightly more wear is evident on the left grip than the right grip but they are not broken or chipped. Lanyard swivel is located on the butt. Serial number is 44306. Overall condition is about fine.
