18890 SMITH & WESSON .38 SAFETY HAMMERLESS REVOLVER

5th Model, made from 1907 to 1940. This gun has 99% of the original shiny blue finish overall. There is a small area of wear to the blue on each side of the barrel at the muzzle. It is .38 S & W centerfire caliber with a 4” round barrel with integral top rib. Smith & Wesson address on the top rib is perfectly marked as are all other markings present. Five-shot fluted cylinder. Brilliant color casehardening remains on the trigger and the action works perfectly. Two piece checkered hard rubber grips are in perfect condition with nice glossy finish. Serial number is 260506. Overall condition of the gun is about mint. The gun comes in the original dark purple cardboard box. The top of the box is hinged to the bottom. The instructions for use are printed on the inside of the lid in both English and Spanish languages. The green label is attached to the end of the box and reads “SMITH & WESSON/38-SAFETY HAMMERLESS/BLUED-4 INCH.”
