Halfstock, select hardwood with satin finish. Barrel is .50 caliber, blued 10” octagon with 7/8” flats. Button rifled .008” deep. 1 in 20” twist with 8 lands - .500 and 8 grooves - .516. Front sight is blued steel base w/brass blade, .350 dovetail. Rear sight is open style w/elevation adjustment, .350 dovetail. Ignition is flintlock and uses 5/8” size flints. Single shot. Features brass triggerguard, buttcap, nosecap, tennon plates, thimbles and sidelock screw washers. Engraved color casehardened lock. Double set triggers. 15 ½” overall length and weighs 3 lbs. Accessories include a .350 ramrod w/2 brass tips – 10 X 32 thread. Vent 5mm. Recommended load is 30 grains of FFFg with .490 round ball and .015” patch. Manufactured in Spain.
